Recognizing the importance and economic reward of diversity in our workplaces, and furthering our commitment of fostering a culture of inclusion, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce created the Diversity and Inclusion Network Breakfast series for Chamber-member executives who are driving diversity and inclusion initiatives at their organizations.

Last spring, GPCC partnered with Accenture to execute The Design for Impact survey. The survey provides current, relevant data on how the region’s companies are making an impact through diversity management practices, and will be the focal point of the 2011-2012 Diversity and Inclusion Network Series.

Join us on February 22, 2012 to expand further on the results from the Accenture survey and network with other professionals working with Diversity in their organizations.

The program will focus on how organizations are embedding diversity and inclusion metrics in their broader workforce management tools and strategy. Regardless of the size of the organization or where you are on the diversity and inclusion continuum, there are a wide array of tools that you can start using today that will help you assess your progress. Following a presentation that highlights best practices, participants will then engage in an interactive discussion and garner information that can be implemented or augment their existing programs.

The Diversity & Inclusion Network meets quarterly and you can sign up for the next three meetings for a price of $185.

If you wish to just attend the breakfast on February 22 you can purchase an individual ticket for $65.

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.
