Today’s female professionals are increasingly entering unconventional industries and forging unique career paths. Join us to hear from a panel of successful women as they share their personal and professional stories and offer valuable tips on how women at all professional levels can advance their careers and achieve their goals.

The panelists will provide insight on important topics such as networking, personal branding, and mentoring. Following the discussion, the speakers will then rotate among small breakout groups to lead interactive discussions, answer questions, and provide further insight into their career choices and what it takes to become successful.

A serial entrepreneur, Lucinda Duncalfe has founded, run, and sold a number of venture capital-backed technology companies. Her latest successful startup, Real Food Works, delivers meal programs for health and weight loss based on real food diets, using local restaurants as suppliers.

Lindsey Glasgow, Project Engineer, Skanska USA Building

At only 26 years old, Lindsey Glasgow is already receiving recognition for her work within a male-dominated field. As project engineer at Skanska, a multinational construction and development company, Glasgow is able to pursue her interests in building logistics and design while working at various construction sites throughout the region.

LeAnn Talbot, Regional Senior Vice President, Comcast

Named by CableFax as one its Most Powerful Women in Cable, LeAnn Talbot, SVP of Comcast Freedom Region, is responsible for 6,000 employees and one of Comcast’s largest operating systems. Amongst other community roles, she is an advisor for the Project Not Me diabetes prevention campaign and executive champion for Comcast’s Women's Network Group.

Tracey Welson-Rossman, CMO, Chariot Solutions and Founder, TechGirlz.org

Tracey Welson-Rossman, Chief Marketing Officer at Chariot Solutions, is a well-rounded entrepreneur and active member of the local IT community. She is the founder and a trustee for TechGirlz.org, an organization dedicated to helping middle school girls embrace the power of technology, and is also a founding board member of Philly Startup Leaders.

Shari Williams, Community Outreach Manager, SEPA, Marcellus Shale Coalition

A proven communications leader within the natural gas & oil industry, Shari Williams brings a fresh perspective to her position as Community Outreach Manager, covering South Eastern Pennsylvania with the Marcellus Shale Coalition, a Pittsburgh based trade association representing natural gas & oil drillers. Her communications background was sharpened in Harrisburg and Philadelphia, where for 16 years she held various positions with the Office of Communications for the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
