The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is taking employers to task. Between its newly-enacted Strategic Enforcement Plan and other workplace-related initiatives, the EEOC is ensuring that companies are abiding by the anti-discrimination laws that the agency is required to enforce.

Join EEOC presenter Melanie Peterson, who is a Senior Trial Attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Philadelphia District Office and Eric Meyer, a management-side employment lawyer, to learn about where the commission is focusing its efforts, including areas such as social media and background checks and the best practices your business, large or small, should implement to avoid agency scrutiny.
