The annual State of the Region event provides an overview of key industry accomplishments in Greater Philadelphia that are accelerating the region’s growth as a premier business location. In addition, the event will hone in on the emerging digital healthcare innovation sector and our potential to lead this national movement by capitalizing on the region’s existing resources.

Keynote Presentations by:
Robert Reilly, Chief Marketing Officer for GE Healthcare – Americas
Robert Reilly is instrumental in GE Healthcare’s approach of transforming medical technologies and services to meet the demand for increased access, enhanced quality, and more affordable healthcare around the world. Reilly will discuss GE Healthcare’s commitment to innovation, why accessing the “Global Brain” is so important to the healthcare innovation sector, and trends GE Healthcare is seeing on a national and global scale.

Glen Tullman, CEO of Livongo Health
Glen Tullman is a leading venture capitalist in healthcare innovation and has been instrumental in the success of a number of companies, including Allscripts, a leader in providing electronic health records, practice management, and electronic prescribing systems. Tullman will address the rise in digital healthcare innovations, what types of innovations are being funded and showing up in the marketplace, and what’s driving the shift in healthcare services.

Following the presentation, a panel of experts will highlight exciting activities and collaborations currently underway in our region and discuss why taking the lead in healthcare innovation will have a significant positive impact on the collective regional business community.
