Bradford J. Willke, Deputy Director & Cyber Security Advisor (Mid-Atlantic Region), U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Mr. Willke is currently serving as the U.S. DHS Cyber Security Advisor for the Mid-Atlantic Region and program manager for the Cyber Security Advisor Initiative, within the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Cybersecurity & Communications (CS&C). His program works to foster collaboration and coordination on cyber preparedness, risk mitigation and incident response, and provide cyber security resources, including exercises and assessments, across all 18 Critical Infrastructure Key Resources (CIKR) sectors and with state and local government.

Dr. Frank Geshwind, PhD, Senior Technical Consultant, AT&T Managed Security Services Center of Excellence
Dr. Frank Geshwind, PhD, is a technologist and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in hands-on management of technology teams and efforts, creating and delivering solutions that map to business strategy, from conception to prototyping and on to product development, launch and growth stages of the technology lifecycle. He is an expert in the design, construction and deployment of scalable high-performance security, Internet, software, and technology products and services, advanced mathematics, engineering and intellectual property.

Paul Mazzucco, Chief Security Officer, TierPoint

Paul Mazzucco is responsible for all TierPoint corporate standards regarding physical, information and network security; and he leads the charge in acquiring and maintaining all industry-specific compliance certifications, including PCI DSS, FISMA and the FedRAMP/NIST Cloud Security standards. A veteran of the IT security market, his background includes security entrepreneur and defense contractor; and he is the principal in Hacker Holdings, Inc. 

Andrew Peabody, Chief Information Officer, The Wistar Institute
From the high-throughput screening of tumor genes to the advanced statistical analysis that drives bioinformatics, scientific computing has become an important tool for cancer and vaccine research at The Wistar Institute. Peabody leads Wistar’s IT department and is tasked with boosting the Institute’s security and network infrastructure during a time of structural change and progress for the organization.

Neeraj Sahni is Vice President of FINEX North America, a national resource for Willis’ efforts on network security, privacy and technology error & omissions risks. A nationally ranked trial lawyer, Scott represents Fortune 500 companies in commercial litigation matters that focus on technology, intellectual property, health care, privacy and data security. Over the past decade, Scott has developed a particular fluency in the rapidly evolving field of privacy and data security. He routinely counsels multinational and mid-sized businesses on how to mitigate risk and overcome the challenges posed by the current state and federal enforcement environment.

**Parking Information**
The closest garage is on the corner of 38th and Walnut Streets. You can enter from Walnut, or from 38th Street, but only heading North on 38th. There is another garage at 34th and Chestnut Streets, or at Penn Tower, which is on Convention Avenue.
