Hear from regional marketing experts to discover how to create a successful campaign to promote your business. The roundtable discussions will feature rotating interactive breakout groups and face-to-face interaction with industry leaders as they share their marketing successes and expertise. Each group will explore topics including how to leverage social media and public relations to grow your business and its reputation, the latest trends in digital and integrated marketing, and more.

Speakers:
Brian Jacobson, Co-Founder + Creative Director, J2 Design Partnership
As Co-Founder and Creative Director of J2, Brian leads a team of strategists, designers and developers through a rigorous creative process to help evolve the way organizations share their stories through strategy, messaging, design and digital touchpoints. Brian has focused his efforts in the areas of Civic, Education, Nonprofit and Arts + Culture. Notable clients and projects include PCVB, PHL World Heritage Philadelphia, SEPTA, Center for Architecture, Mural Arts Program, Fairmount Park Conservatory, The Kimmel Foundation and the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as a board member of AIGA Philadelphia and was the first recipient of the AIGA FRESH Award, honoring design excellence in Philadelphia. Brian is a proud University of the Arts Alum.

Caroline Kennedy, President, Karma Agency
Caroline has much marketing experience not only in the United States, but United Kingdom as well. Her knowledge base is expansive, from amplifying the impact of organizations’ communications, to product marketing, and repositioning. A firm believer that creativity can be utilized to promote business growth, development, and effectiveness, Ms. Kennedy proves that thinking differently is a key to success. Caroline brings a wide variety of experience to the marketing communications strategies she creates for her clients at Karma Agency. With a background in banking and emergent media, Caroline now is focused on the healthcare, technology, and higher education industries. 

Crystal O’Neill, President, Seer Interactive
After working in various roles throughout the years, Crystal O’Neill currently serves as President of Seer Interactive since 2013. She focuses on strategy and optimization and cross-functionally throughout Seer to ensure that its values and vision are incorporated into every decision made. Seer has grown tremendously over the past ten years, with offices now open in San Diego in addition to Philadelphia. Seer Interactive has been recognized for their excellence such as Philly 100 and Best Places to work.

An alumnus of Kutztown University where she pursued her degree in International Business and Spanish, Crystal studied abroad in Spain and almost did not return! Ms. O’Neill also completed her MBA at Rowan University. When not working with her Seer team, Crystal volunteers with StudentMentor.org to help college students determine the best career for them. She currently resides in South Jersey, with her son, husband, and puppy.

Lansie Sylvia, Director of Engagement, Here’s My Chance
As Director of Engagement for Here's My Chance, a creative agency that works exclusively with nonprofits and socially responsible businesses, Lansie leads the agency's external communication strategy, works with clients on communication projects, and builds new community partnerships. She currently serves as HMC's Project Director for Next Stop: Democracy!, a public art project to improve the voting experience in Philadelphia, funded by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Lansie is also the founder of Philly Give & Get, a volunteer-run organization that promotes nonprofit partners and has raised $20,000+ to support them via live-auction events in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Before receiving her M.S. in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice, Lansie completed an AmeriCorps Year of Service in Providence, Rhode Island.

Tyler Wilson, CEO & President, The Kiva Group
Tyler has recently become the President and CEO of The Kiva Group, a South Jersey based marketing and commercial printing company made up of Kiva Fresh, their design and creative arm, Kiva Printing & Graphics, their production arm including Print through fulfillment, and KPress, their press and printing equipment repair business. Starting at Kiva Fresh out of college and wearing many hats through his 20 years, Tyler has helped grow Kiva through many turbulent and changing times in the communication business. With partner companies such as Virtua Hospital, Anti-Defamation League, National MS Society, Northeast Pool and Spa Association, Southwark Metals, and Maccabi USA, Tyler works with his clients to best promote their brand and continue to polish their message.
