Goal setting serves as a powerful tool to help us determine our priorities, make important decisions, stay focused, and ultimately follow our passions. Discovering how to effectively set and follow goals is beneficial for both personal and professional success.

Gain insight from Dr. Karen Lawson, who will share tips for setting values-based goals resulting in greater satisfaction and improved productivity. Learn how to properly identify five goal-setting criteria, write clear and concise goal statements, develop a plan to achieve your goals, and explore ways to overcome potential barriers.
