About the speaker:
Joyce E. A. Russell, PhD, was named The Helen and William O’Toole Dean of the Villanova School of Business (VSB) in 2016. She is a licensed industrial and organizational psychologist and has more than 25 years of experience coaching executives and consulting on leadership and career management.
