In order for any business to succeed, the first step is determining where you want to be in the future. While planning so far ahead can be intimidating, evaluating your current business practice is crucial to secure a desirable outcome.

Join fellow chief executives who have worked through fundamental changes such as shifting to a public company, being acquired, and determining the legacy of a family-owned business. Get candid advice as we discuss the challenges and opportunities stemming from these major decisions.

Speakers include:
Joseph L. Cafarchio, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Meridian Bank
Jack Carroll, President & CEO, Magee Rehabilitation Hospital

facilitated by: Dr.Theodore Hill, Associate Professor in Strategic Management and Managing Director of the Fox Management Consulting Practice, Fox School of Business at Temple University

PeerSpective is a series of programs to give you the opportunity to engage with your peers – business owners and chief executives, who like you, are expected to have all the answers. These roundtable discussions bring together 30 business leaders from around the region to offer one another real-world perspectives, candid advice, help with making crucial decisions, and insights on navigating the often conflicting agendas of your many stakeholders. At this discussion, you will speak about both your challenges and successes in a confidential and trusted environment without aims of advancing financial objectives.

Note: This program is offered exclusively to Chamber members at the Corporate and above levels. To attend, you must be the CEO, president, founder, owner or leading executive of your organization.
