Join the Chamber for this free workshop to discuss Pennsylvania's proposed overtime rule. In June 2018, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry proposed to change overtime eligibility rules imposed on Pennsylvania employers. The proposal, along with other significant changes to the rule, would raise the threshold for "exempt status" to more than double the current rate set by the federal government. The discussion will educate members on the provisions in the rule and provide information and guidance for HR professionals and employers who will be impacted by this change.
