Over the past two years, the Chamber’s Education & Talent Action Team has been making the case for why retaining our future leaders is crucial to Greater Philadelphia’s economic prosperity.

At this interactive workshop, learn from other employers on how they are attracting, engaging, and retaining young professionals to and in their organizations. Hear from our panelists and discover missing components in your talent retention strategy followed by an interactive session to share your experiences and develop new tactics that you can employ in your own organizations.

Attendees will receive a copy of Internship in a Box: An Employer’s Guide to Finding, Hiring, and Keeping Great Interns, a resource the Chamber has published jointly with Campus Philly.
