The annual YPC Volunteer Fair convenes the region’s young professionals and nonprofits to support the needs of our philanthropic sector.
Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with regional nonprofits seeking passionate volunteers and advocates while networking with other young professionals interested in giving back to their community.
Exhibiting nonprofits will promote volunteer opportunities within their organization to a targeted audience of passionate young professionals. Last year's event was a success, with 30 exhibiting nonprofits and approximately 100 young professionals in attendance.

Exhibit booth includes:
• 5ft exhibit table
• Listing in the event handout
• Two tickets to the event
• Name recognition on Chamber website
Exhibiting criteria:
• Must be a Chamber member in good standing
• Must have a volunteer need for an hour or more per volunteer session (ex. administrative tasks, food or toy sorting, tutoring, event chaperoning, etc.)
• Exhibitors must bring two representatives and man the booth at all times

Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.
Attendee Policy:
Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
