8:00 AM – 8:30 AM Registration
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM Program

200 S. Broad Street
Suite 700

Philadelphia, PA 19102
Made up of the experiences of various demographics (age, ability, race and ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, etc.), diversity of thought is one compelling outcome of having diverse teams. As research continues to indicate, inviting different perspectives to the decision-making process is a worthwhile business practice that can go a long way in generating new ideas and appealing to a wider customer base.

At this workshop for D&I and HR professionals, learn how to foster welcoming work environments that inspire conversations with various perspectives and create company cultures of learning. Attendees will explore how to define, implement, and embrace diversity of thought.
