Greater Philadelphia has seen the rise and fall of brain drain - and now its retention rate is soaring.

From 2000 to 2017, the population of degree holders in Philadelphia aged 25 to 34 increased by 115% - a significant leap above nearly every other metro area in the country, according to Campus Philly's 2019 Philadelphia Renaissance Report. Additionally, among cities with the largest growth in college-educated millennials, Philadelphia stands out as the most racially diverse.

President of Campus Philly, Deborah Diamond, along with other industry experts will join us for an in-depth discussion on the impact of this surge in degree holders and its positive effect on the Greater Philadelphia economy.

Executive Forum offers an exclusive look into the interesting and relevant social, economic, and political trends happening at the Chamber and in the Greater Philadelphia region. Throughout the series, experts from a multitude of national and regional companies offer valuable insight into the latest developments and breakthroughs occurring around us. Each program provides a unique opportunity for strategic networking with fellow senior business leaders in our region.
