As a veteran Silicon Valley entrepreneur, advisor, and investor, Marc Randolph has mastered the art of executing a creative idea. The Netflix co-founder and founding CEO has fundamentally altered how the world experiences media and Internet commerce.

But the global success of Netflix was not always assured. Hear Randolph tell the story of Netflix’s humble beginnings in a carpool with Reed Hastings, followed by all the plot twists and leaps of faith necessary to take Netflix from idea to unicorn.

In addition to co-creating one of the world’s most disruptive startups, Randolph has launched six start-ups and mentored hundreds of early-stage entrepreneurs. His talk will provide insight, tips, and techniques for anyone who has dreamed of turning a creative concept into a world-class business.

As a capstone to this year’s B.PHL Innovation Fest, this program will offer a place for creatives, startup leaders, and corporate innovators to connect and generate new ideas.
