Neurodiverse employees, defined as individuals with "neurological differences...[as] the result of normal/natural variations in the human genome," belong to an untapped talent pool. With unemployment running as high as 80% (sometimes higher depending on the disability), this population combats a myriad of hiring misconceptions from employers, who mistakenly believe these workers need cumbersome accommodations and face limited capabilities.

But research suggests that including individuals with neurological differences, such as autism and ADHD, gives organizations a competitive advantage, facilitating innovation and problem-solving amongst employees.

Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.
