Employers and hiring managers are facing a new set of challenges in engaging current and prospective talent in light of COVID-19. Rather than forgoing all recruitment and engagement efforts, it’s vital that employers continue to build and maintain candidate relationships through appropriate messaging and employer branding strategies.

This virtual program will bring together experts in branding and talent acquisition to shed light on some of the ways employers can continue to engage candidates in their talent pipelines, manage virtual interviewing and onboarding, and create communications strategies that are sensitive to the current crisis and evolving talent needs.

This program is exclusive to Chamber members. Due to the format of these gatherings, attendance is limited and will be first come, first serve. Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only. Please advise your guests that tickets will be held at the door under your company name.

Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
