VIRTUAL EVENT

No matter who or where you are in the world, we all share the desire to belong. As the times change, community must be the glue that holds us together, especially in the places we devote most of our time to. When employees feel a sense of belonging in the workplace, they are encouraged to share their perspectives, be their authentic selves  without consequence, and, in turn, embrace the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with colleagues. Concurrently, fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes mutual belonging improves businesses' bottom line and other organizational outcomes.

Join us virtually to hear from a panel of regional leaders about the practical methods to create a sense of belonging in the workplace amongst employees of all levels, from C-suite executives to individual contributors. Learn how your company can track and measure the success of its belonging strategy, no matter where you are in the implementation process. Get introduced to the tools companies are using to facilitate respectful dialogue, build trust, and better understand the current state of belonging among their teams. Gather more insight into how a sense of belonging contributes to higher employee morale and sustainability, personal and professional growth, and increased work collaboration and production.
