Chamber Day in Washington, D.C.

At this full day of insightful meetings in our nation’s capital, attendees hear directly from the elected representatives who develop policies impacting the business climate in Greater Philadelphia. This event gives business leaders the opportunity to develop and advance important working relationships with the region’s Congressional delegation as well as other Chamber Day participants.

Hosted by the Chamber and Philadelphia City Council President, this event honors members of the Philadelphia City Council.

Congressional Delegation Reception

The Chamber hosts this event to give the business community and our congressional delegation an opportunity to discuss their shared interests in supporting and improving the region's economy and quality of life. Each year, a variety of CEOs, senior managers, and small business owners attend.

Congressional Staff Luncheon

This event provides a unique opportunity for area business leaders to meet and talk with key staff members of our region's congressional delegation. Among the many luncheon guests invited to attend are the Chiefs of Staff and District/State Directors for Members of Congress from southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and northern Delaware.

Conversation with the Governor

This event features an opportunity for Pennsylvania’s Governor to speak candidly about a host of issues affecting businesses in southeastern Pennsylvania. The informal interview is moderated by a local media personality and is usually streamed live online. Through sponsorship, associate yourself with the Chamber’s advocacy initiatives.

Mayoral Luncheon

With more than 1,200 people attending this annual luncheon; it is the largest forum for the Mayor of Philadelphia to address the region’s business community. The Mayor typically uses this occasion to introduce new economic development initiatives and share his vision for the city.

Roadmap for Growth Campaign

The Roadmap for Growth for Philadelphia: 2015 – 2020 is a campaign to conduct a public dialogue and develop a growth agenda for the city that promotes job creation and economic prosperity through 2020. The Chamber, as well as its members and partners, will host a series issue forum events, listening tours, a debate and engage the candidates for Mayor and City Council to identify opportunities for economic growth that can be pursued in 2016 and beyond.
